Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ziynat. We are dedicated to delivering the best Korean beauty, health, and fashion products directly from South Korea to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

 

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and South Korean holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Please note that during high-volume periods or Korean holidays (such as Chuseok or Seollal), processing may take slightly longer.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Partners
We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure safe delivery. Our primary shipping partners include:

EMS (Express Mail Service): Fast and reliable international shipping.

DHL / FedEx: Premium express shipping for urgent orders.

K-Packet: Standard shipping for smaller, lighter packages.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, etc.): 7 - 14 business days.

Russia & CIS: 10 - 20 business days.

Other International Locations: 7 - 21 business days.

*These are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ziynat ships all packages from South Korea. Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

• These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

 

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

6. Wrong Address or Refused Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer refused to pay customs duties, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs (both ways).

 

7. Contact Us
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ziynat.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
