Refund & Return Policy

At Ziynat, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received the item.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

 

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health regulations, certain items cannot be returned:

• Opened cosmetics, skincare, or makeup products.

• Health supplements if the seal is broken.

• Sale items or gift cards.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

• Email us at support@ziynat.com within 3 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, for our errors.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to South Korea.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

• You will typically receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
