Ziynat (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values your personal information and complies with the "Personal Information Protection Act" of the Republic of Korea. In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. However, the following information is retained for a specified period under relevant laws:
1. Records on contract or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
2. Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
3. Records on consumer complaints or dispute settlement: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce).
4. Login records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act).
Article 4 (Destruction Procedures and Methods of Personal Information)
The Company destroys personal information immediately after the retention period expires or the purpose is achieved.
1. Electronic files: Permanently deleted using technical methods that make the files unrecoverable.
2. Paper records: Shredded or incinerated.
Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company does not provide your personal information to external parties without your consent, except where required by law or for investigative purposes in accordance with legal procedures.
Article 6 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing)
To strictly manage the processing of personal information, the Company outsources the following tasks:

Task: Product delivery and shipping location tracking.
2. Trustee: PayPal / KG Inicis
Task: Payment processing.

The Company implements the following measures to ensure safety:
